Terry and Scott provided excellent service. They were considerate ( applied plastic barrier to help with noise from fans). They also were very professional. We have had a restoration company before and received poor service. It is like night and day. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend! Roof replaced in a day! Team was stellar and attention to details and clean up was amazing! Also had interior work done (from said roof leak) they too did amazing work. Brad Finley and his team both office and contractors are very professional, friendly and thorough. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Premier for handling all of this including dealing with insurance company. Made everything less stressful.

Wendi was great from the beginning. Even though it was the insurance company paying for it and I was using a different contractor, she kept me informed of progress. Marlon did the estimate, and he was great. My contractor walked with him, and he was also impressed. The insurance adjuster was happy with their estimate, which was very close to my contractor’s estimate. Even though I cannot review their actual work, Premier was wonderful to work with through the estimate process.

I had water damage to my cabinets and floors due to a leaking dishwasher and John, Troy and Chris worked fast and efficiently to remedy the problem. They showed up the same day I called and got to work immediately. I was impressed with how professional and fast they worked. It was a relief to know I was in good hands. They came daily to check on the process and adjust the machines. Their project coordinators were also great at communication and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend this company.

Terry, Scott, Zeke and Josh were awesome. They showed up, worked hard and finished the job quickly and professionally. They were willing and able to answer any additional questions we had. I recommend using this company for your needs as well.

Premier just completed a major cleanup, water damage mitigation and restoration at my home. They were responsive, quality conscious and professional. My dealings with Troy, Scott, Terry, Wendi, Tracie, Deborah, Tristin, Roy and Jefferson were a pleasure. It’s inevitable that little issues will come up with a project this size, but Roy and Jefferson worked diligently to find solutions for a positive outcome. I give Premier my highest rating.

They were [at our home] with equipment within 1 hr,. of being notified. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. John, Chris, Troy, Scott and Terry, were extremely helpful and excellent at setting up everything, helping pack up our furniture and personal belongings and getting the process going. The team monitored daily moisture levels…Wendi was called to arrange for a POD to store our furniture and belongings during the process and restoration of the hardwood floors, sheetrock, insulation, painting. Regardless of how often I called, how many questions I had, the team responded quickly and answered my questions or concerns without hesitation. I can’t say enough about this team…I especially appreciated the quality of workmanship this team, John, Chris, Troy, Scott, Terry and Wendi have shown throughout and continuing through this horrific process.

A great company to work with! I had some serious water damage in my basement, and they were able to come out immediately to begin the cleanup. Wendi was great to work with and very helpful at every step of the cleanup and mitigation process. Marlon and his crew did a wonderful job with the restoration and repairs!

We had a kitchen leak that drained into the Crawlspace requiring cleanup. They were great in responding with a reasonable job quote and scheduling. Lead Tech Tory, Project Coordinator Debra and Techs Terry and Scott were all very professional and reliable in all parts of the project. I would use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Premier! We had significant siding damage because of high winds. Premier was recommended by our insurance company…[they] prepared a very reasonable estimate of the work and promptly set up a day and time for their crew to repair the damage. The crew, Scott and Terry, inspected the damage and performed the repairs and installation of the siding quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the job site – looked better than new! We were very pleased with the communication with Archana and John, who kept us informed throughout the project. We were impressed with the quick response, professionalism and efficiency of the Premier team. We would absolutely recommend Premier Construction and Restoration!

My workplace is currently in the middle of a large restoration project. Several layers of flooring must be removed due to water damage and many areas of the walls must be removed due to mold. Fortunately, all of our staff has been able to work from home but I go to the office daily to handle paperwork. Despite the depth of this project, the crew – Terry, Scott, Whitt, Josh, John & Tony have managed to keep the spaces that I need to work accessible to me. This crew has been friendly, hardworking and does a good job of communicating this process to me. I’m completely comfortable working in my office while they are here. Premier was professional, reliable, and responsive. Tracie immediately contacted me as soon as my insurance company engaged Premier to clean up severe moisture intrusion. Troy called prior to showing up, clearly explained the water damage and clean up plan, and came to our home every day to inspect the progress. Premier handled all administrative and billing matters with my insurance company. I’d recommend Premier, specifically because of Tracie and Troy’s responsiveness.
